Questions
How is GPA calculated?
Multiply each course’s grade points by its credits, add those up, and divide by the total credits. An A (4.0) in a 4-credit course and a B (3.0) in a 3-credit course gives (16 + 9) ÷ 7 = 3.57.
How do I convert a 10-point CGPA to a percentage?
Many Indian boards (such as CBSE) multiply the CGPA by 9.5. A CGPA of 8.4 is about 79.8%. Universities set their own rule, so check yours.
