Questions
How do I print it?
Print every page of the result, double-sided, with the pages flipping on the short edge, at actual size (not "fit to page"). Stack the sheets in the order they come out, fold the stack in half and staple along the fold.
How many pages can the booklet have?
The number of pages is rounded up to a multiple of 4, with blank pages at the end. A booklet of more than about 60 pages gets thick at the fold; the middle pages then stick out a little.
What about links, comments and forms?
Links stop working on the sheets. Highlights, stamps, drawn notes and filled-in form fields are drawn on the sheets as they look, but they can no longer be edited. Some comments are drawn only by the program that opens the file, and the file holds no picture of them. Those cannot be put on the sheets, and you get a warning. Text, pictures and fonts are copied as they are.
