Questions

Can I drag the text to where I want it?

Not yet. Choose one of nine places, the distance from the edge, and a turn. That also writes the same text in the same place on many pictures at once.

How do I keep the text readable on a busy picture?

Give it an outline in a color that contrasts with the letters, or put a box behind it. White letters with a dark outline work on almost anything.

Which fonts can I use?

The ones every device has: sans-serif, serif, monospace and Impact (a similar bold font is used where Impact is missing). The text is drawn into the picture, so it looks the same wherever you open the result. Fonts you upload are not supported yet.

Are my pictures uploaded anywhere?

No. The text is drawn on your device, in your browser. The pictures are not sent to a server.

Are my files uploaded anywhere?

No. This tool runs in your browser, so your files stay on your device and are never sent to a server.

Is it free?

Yes, you can use it for free. A subscription removes limits and unlocks premium tools.
