What do the filters do?
Each is a short recipe of color changes: Vivid raises contrast and color, Warm and Cool shift the colors toward orange or blue, Vintage fades and tones the picture and darkens the corners, Noir is black and white with strong contrast, and so on. Strength mixes the result with the original.
Can I make my own look?
Use the brightness, contrast and saturation tool for the basic controls, or the black and white tool for a grayscale look.
Can I do many pictures at once?
Yes. Drop as many as you like. Each gets the same settings, and you can download them all as one ZIP file.
Is it slow on big pictures?
Effects look at every pixel, so a 24-megapixel photo takes a few seconds and the page may pause while it works. Making the picture smaller first with the resize tool is faster.
Are my pictures uploaded anywhere?
No. The effect is worked out on your device, in your browser. The pictures are not sent to a server.
Are my files uploaded anywhere?
No. This tool runs in your browser, so your files stay on your device and are never sent to a server.
Is it free?
Yes, you can use it for free. A subscription removes limits and unlocks premium tools.
