Questions

How many pictures can I resize at once?

As many as your device has memory for. They are done one after another, so the number matters less than their size; a few hundred phone photos work on a recent computer.

Does resizing make the picture blurry?

Making a picture smaller keeps it sharp: the tool shrinks in steps so fine detail is averaged, not thrown away. Making it bigger cannot add detail that was never there, so a big enlargement looks soft.

What is the difference between stretched, cropped and with bars?

When the width and height you ask for have a different shape from the picture, "stretched" squeezes it out of shape, "cropped to fill" cuts off the edges so the picture fills the size, and "with bars" keeps the whole picture and fills the rest with the background color.

Are my pictures uploaded anywhere?

No. Everything happens in your browser, on your device. The pictures are not sent to a server.
