Questions

Which sheets are combined?

Every sheet that is not hidden, from every file, by default. You can name the sheets to use instead (a name, a number or a range such as 2-4), or include hidden ones.

What if the sheets have different columns?

With By column name, the result has every column found in any sheet, in the order they first appear, and a sheet that lacks a column gets empty cells there.

Do dates and numbers stay as they are?

Yes. Values keep their type: numbers stay numbers, dates stay dates, text stays text. Formatting such as colors and column widths is not carried over.

What about formulas?

The value Excel last calculated is copied, not the formula.

What is the size limit?

An Excel sheet holds 1,048,576 rows. If the combined result is longer, save it as CSV instead.

Are my files uploaded anywhere?

No. The work happens in your browser, on your device. Your files are not sent to a server.

Is it free?

Yes, you can use it for free. A subscription removes limits and unlocks premium tools.
